Great Sales Rep I went to Tom Gill looking for a new truck, I had the luxury of dealing with Brian Chapman as my sales rep. It was late Sunday after noon Brian stayed I went to Tom Gill looking for a new truck, I had the luxury of dealing with Brian Chapman as my sales rep. It was late Sunday after noon Brian stayed after closing to help me find what I was looking for, even after I offered to come back the next day. I was looking for certain specs in a truck Brian did all he could possibly do to help me find those specs. I was looking for a bare bones truck with a 5.3L, blacked out edition, with leather seats. Due to having a large breed dog that I take hunting and fishing, I have trouble with dog hair getting embedded into cloth seats. Short story was there were no options with a bare bones truck with leather seats or the 5.3L. I asked Brian if the dealer could get me one with these options. He went to what I assume was his sales manager to ask. The manager then wanted to speak with me. After meeting with the sales manager I quickly took notice to the tone and how he treated Brian it was not friendly at all. He did nothing wrong or out of the way to be spoken to the way he did. Further more the sales manager was not friendly towards me, when I asked him about the options he acted like I was a problem. And simply said he doesn't have anything on the lot. I was wanting to stay in the low 40k mark he. Which in return he started pulling up trucks in the 53k range. The sales manager was extremely un friendly and un helpful. More

She did a quick interview to figure out what I was looking for, I had already had my eyes set on a Chevy Silverado. She went and grabbed the keys, went over the truck from front to back, then we went for a test drive. Very Professional, polite, made the whole car buying experience less stressful, she didn't use high pressure sales tactics like other dealerships. She said the magic words EVERY Dealer should say "What are you looking for? And How can I help" She really loves her job and her customers and has THEIR interests at heart when working with them. She provided cold drink for my entire family and was patient with us while we delt with our Autistic Child. She had a bright smile on her face the whole time. Unfortunately we where unable to make a purchase at this time because of my credit rating. The entire staff at Tom Gill where polite and professional and even offered up some friendly suggestions on building credit. WHEN I am able to purchase a car...NO DOUBT ABOUT IT....TOM GILL and Elisha Marcus is where it will happen. Go see them you won't regret it. More

Demoore is a great asset to your company!!!! I came into tom gill already having a bad taste in my mouth about dealerships. I recently been lied to and conned into getting a car. But because of Demoore, i will always return to Tom Gill! No lie, i really hope you give him a bonus or raise or something! He took such good care of us and he kept my 3 year old daughter entertained while waiting for finance. Most people would just either give a look for my very wigglely loud child but demoore kept her entertained, and played with her and colored. Not only was he amazing with my kid, but he took such great care of us and our needs and wants in looking for a SUV. He didnt lie, he printed the carfax, he made sure i knew everything about the car and i had it in writing the TRUTH, which I'm not used to coming from a dealer. So i really hope Demoore is acknowledged and rewarded because he really went above and beyond expectations. I can't thank him and Tom Gill enough. He made my view on dealership change completely. He made sure we had refreshments and really looked out for us. I am going to refer him and tom gill to anyone i know looking for a car.
