I tested 5 vehicles. He explained the differences between each model, broke down the vehicle total out-the-door cost, and explained all the buying options-financing, leasing,etc. In case that isn't enough, Chris, Courtney, the vehicle detail person, and some or management personnel stayed an hour past closing to ensure I left happy and satisfied with the vehicle.
