My wife called the day before about a used vehicle we saw online. Jimmy was phenomenal in answering all our questions over texts and getting all the paperwork ready before we even walked in. Once we got to the dealership Jimmy was easy to talk to, zipping through paperwork, laughing and genuinely a nice guy. He even showed us got to save some money on warranty refunds from our trade in!
