I happened to be in Ohio on business and took a wrong turn one night and ended up at Tom Gill Chevrolet. I had been shopping trucks since June. I have been to all dealerships in Wilmington, Dayton, and C turn one night and ended up at Tom Gill Chevrolet. I had been shopping trucks since June. I have been to all dealerships in Wilmington, Dayton, and Cincinnati except for Tom Gill Chevrolet. So I looked them up on the internet. The finance module on the website was the easiest, most user friendly, and best that I had seen and worked with. This was my very best experience ever buying a car or truck. Fast and professional. No surprises and my expectations were easily met. This is my 7th Chevrolet over the years. Cheyenne made things so easy and fun. She really knows how to get all the paperwork finished quick! She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This dealership is 5 star and I absolutely will travel from North Carolina to trade my wife’s car next year. I was so impressed with the people at all levels at this business. The guys at the head of the road washing dealership cars were super cool, friendly, and accommodating as I drove around in circles deciding which truck I wanted. It’s a home away from home and I highly recommend Cheyenne and Tom Gill Chevrolet for your next purchase. More

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Tom Gill Chevrolet. My grandmother visited this dealership with the hope of purchasing a new car, but unfortunately, she felt taken advantage of. The sales team seemed to exploit her lack of familiarity with car buying, pushing her towards decisions that weren’t in her best interest. We were particularly concerned about high-pressure sales tactics, misleading information and the sales person being extremely rude. It’s disheartening to see such practices, especially when dealing with someone as vulnerable as my grandmother. Christian Scothorn was our sales rep and he had zero clue what he was doing and harassed my 75 year old grandma non stop to come and buy the car when he knew we were waiting on the GM friends and family code. I hope this review serves as a warning to others and encourages the dealership to improve its approach to customer service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and honesty, regardless of their age or experience. We will never do business with Tom Gill. More

Tyler Earls was great to work with. On my first trip to the dealership, I had no intention of making a purchase.
