My Nissan rogue was hit in the hospital parking lot scraping the back fender. My husband passed away shortly after that. It was a very difficult time for me but I knew he would want me to get it fixed scraping the back fender. My husband passed away shortly after that. It was a very difficult time for me but I knew he would want me to get it fixed as soon as possible. I met with Bob, everyone was so kind and let me take it in when I was ready. My husband chose the special color when we bought it and I was concerned it couldn’t be matched. I was so relieved when I picked it up and I couldn’t tell which side had been damaged. Unfortunately, my experience with Tom Gibbs collision center was very bad. My car did get repaired, however the two day repair that was quoted by the mechanic in person when I dropped off my vehicle ende center was very bad. My car did get repaired, however the two day repair that was quoted by the mechanic in person when I dropped off my vehicle ended up being a three week repair. When trying to reach out to the collision center for more information about my vehicle it was a wild game of telephone being transferred from sales to the parts department to service department until I reached a voicemail and never got a phone call back. When I arrived in person and explained this, I was told that they had the incorrect phone “ daytime” number for me. However, they did have the correct phone number on their documentation. This leads me to believe that the voicemails I was leaving were not being received as I was leaving a contact number in every voice mail. They also had my email address. So unfortunately, the lack of communication and having the “ incorrect daytime, phone number” feels like a lame excuse. All in all I received my vehicle back, partially repaired as one of the parts is unavailable in the entire United States. I did receive a promise that I would be contacted once the part is available. More
