The Service Manager is the best in the industry. New car sales are priced very competitively. I have purchased a new vehicle from them. However, thier service department is the best around. Poor communication Needed to have AC evaluated on my vehicle. Was told I would need to leave during the week because only maintenance is done on weekends. Called to check status Friday around 2 pm. Was told that they just finished with last appointment anc they were bringing my vehicle back as we were speaking. Did not hear back from them so called again on Saturday around 10:30 and was told by Chris that repair staff didn’t work on Saturday and they wouldn’t have an answer for me until Monday. Attempted to tell him what I had written above but he kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me speak. Was very rude. He said he would find out what was going on and call me back. He did call back a little more than an hour later with diagnosis I went to pick vehicle up on Saturday and Chris was still very rude. Wanted me to give him my credit card before I read the service papers. Which I’m glad I did becyfees were not correct. I told him then that he was being too pushy I really did not appreciate the lack of communication and my treatment by Chris After all I am paying to have this done More
