I ordered a new 2023 840i convertible from Tony at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park. He did an excellent job of managing my order and keeping me updated on the progress of my build. Douglas handled the financing Bush BMW Orange Park. He did an excellent job of managing my order and keeping me updated on the progress of my build. Douglas handled the financing and was also very thorough and professional. We chose the Performance Center delivery and my wife and I are so glad we did. Going there has been on my "bucket list" for a while and it exceeded our expectations. Everything we experienced there was first class. We both left there with a much better understanding of what an amazing and safe vehicle they produce. Don is the resident "Genius" at the Orange Park location. He really knows his product and can help you learn about all of the technology and how it works so you get the maximum enjoyment from your BMW. We never want to drive anything but a BMW! More

If you buy a BMW here I strongly recommend finding another place for service. I've had 2 irritating experiences lately. The first was regarding my free oil change on my 2021. It took a while to ar another place for service. I've had 2 irritating experiences lately. The first was regarding my free oil change on my 2021. It took a while to arrange an appointment, so I reset the annoying reminder. Because I reset it, I was told I had to pay for the service. $162. Ok. You got me. The next was an oil leak on my 2014. The service advisor told me the valve cover and oil pan were leaking. $8,000. He recommended I just replace the engine. $12,000. I took it to Eurospec in Jacksonville. Turns out the leak was just the turbo oil lines. I suspect the service advisors are on commission. Maybe the mechanics too. More

I decided to buy the Certified preowned vehicle remotely, based upon certified inspection reports of the condition of the vehicle . Exterior condition report showed some scratches as to be expected remotely, based upon certified inspection reports of the condition of the vehicle . Exterior condition report showed some scratches as to be expected, the salesperson were said would be improved with the detailing/touch up to be completed. But NEITHER disclosed NOR repaired were a large gouge in the rear bumper and damage to all the wheel rims. The parts were noted on the inspection report as good with a check indicating they meet BMW guidelines and no comments regarding any damage to the wheel rims or rear bumper. I trusted the inspection was accurate and honest. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle the first thing the salesperson said was how the manager had wanted to raise the price by $2k on the car but she said she had already sold it at the advertised price. Then I inspected the vehicle and saw the undisclosed damage. I complained and the manager said I could pay $2k more to repair it. I said these problems weren’t disclosed in the reports and he proceeded to blame me for coming in that day, that there wasn’t time. When I said I would come back in a few days at the end of the week so it could be repaired and reminded him it wasn’t on the inspection report, he ignored the problematic discrepancy and said he said he wasn’t going to repair that without raising the price. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. Hopefully it’s worth the $2k to his pocket to lose credibility, trust and reputation. More

In a world where no one cares this BMW dealership goes above and beyond I’ve never had a car experience like this, I really love coming to the dealership so I really don’t mind if I have to service my car because I enjoy my time there.
