I'm not sure how the General Manager, David Wheeler, got his job in customer service because he is extremely difficult and rude. They will not cooperate with fixing my car or with dealing with Ford Corporate Customer Service. They are a joke. I have always driver Fords but this will be the last one because of this horrendous experience. More
