My family members and I have had trouble with getting vehicles repaired in a timely manner. Mount and balance tires and an alignment check took over 4 hour and I had a scheduled appointment. My first ever purchase was late December and it hasn’t been a great experience. Vehicle needed Tom Boland warranty work but had to follow up myself. Also, it passed Missouri inspection with wiper gears that were disintegrated. Tara did take care of that which has been the only positive experience we’ve had with our first purchase. I feel like this vehicle car inspection is xxxxxxxx. First week or so, the leaks start and somehow they are outside my extended warranty. The last straw though was the last time were there for another repair in 5 months, I was told I need a $2800 for a window seal for a leak inside the vehicle that would have to run uphill. Against my better judgment, we bought this vehicle even with other members have had trouble with vehicles so called inspections. My wife was talked down to on the last repair and people seemed inconvenienced when she asked for help or a receipt More

I reported the problems right away and was told too bad, you took the car. I'm not sure how the General Manager, David Wheeler, got his job in customer service because he is extremely difficult and rude. They will not cooperate with fixing my car or with dealing with Ford Corporate Customer Service. They are a joke. I have always driver Fords but this will be the last one because of this horrendous experience. More
