I have dealt with Tom Boland twice in the past 8 months. My first experience was in August 2021.. I bought a new 2021 F150 and was pleased with my experience and my sales person was great. In Feburary of 2022 I purchased a new 2021 Bronco. Tom Boland charged me $5000.00 over the sticker price. I think this practice is unfair and unethical. Even Ford Motor Co. has chastised dealers for doing this. Granted I wasn't forced to buy it, but since I am a man of my word and agreed to purchase it, I bought it anyway. I have been told by some one else that it was also done to them. If don't think is the way to get return customers. I have made my last purchase there. I'm just putting this out there to let others know to be aware of these unsavory practices. I'm sure there is a lot of other dealers around that have honest intentions and ethics. Just because a product is new or popular is not a good reason to fleece your customers. Now " HECK OF A DEAL" takes on a whole new meaning.I More
