We drove 2 hours to Tom Boland Ford because they had the best price on the vehicle we wanted to buy. The staff was friendly and the car was waiting out front when we arrived. Before we left, we asked for th best price on the vehicle we wanted to buy. The staff was friendly and the car was waiting out front when we arrived. Before we left, we asked for the 2nd key and they said they'd look for it and mail it to us as soon as they found it. Everything seemed to be going great until we got in the car to drive home. We didn't realize they had given us the MyKey instead of the Admin key, thus we couldn't drive over 80 mph or turn the stereo up over 40%. They had our car on the lot for several months, so they had to have known we were using the MyKey instead of the admin key. It’s frustrating that they didn’t catch this. The sales person we worked with was nice, but didn't necessarily go out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. We had to take the car to a Ford dealership in town and have them make an admin key and reset the keyless entry. Tom Boland covered the cost, however, we were without a car for a day, and with an infant who has to be dropped off at the sitter and 2 working parents, that was a big inconvenience. Their prices are great, but I'm not so sure about their customer service or attention to detail. More
