Service department lacks customer service. This was the second time I've been to Tom Bell and both were bad experiences. I dropped my car off at my appointment time 1130 am. I called at 2pm to see the progress of my car and no one answered my calls in the service department. I called 4 times. After not hearing from them at 230pm I walked about 2 miles to the dealership to see about my car. The service desk asked if anyone had called me about my car and I said no. All they could say back was sorry about that. After not getting any kind if report about my car for 3.5hrs. More

Service As I am waiting for my car to be serviced, I wanted to complement the outstanding service I received so far. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately As I am waiting for my car to be serviced, I wanted to complement the outstanding service I received so far. Upon arriving I was greeted immediately by a young gal where she directed me to my service advisor Alex. I was about 10 minutes early and Alex was on the phone. The gal came back and apologized for the wait, it wasn’t even more than 2 minutes though, and said he’ll be with me as soon as he gets off the phone. Alex helped me right away and gave me some recommendations as to what my car needed as he checked up my service history. I appreciate that. He even wrote down what was needed and crossed out what wasn’t needed on the printout. I am one who does small repairs/services aeach time, not all at once with a package so it was nice to know what was needed. Alex was professional and I appreciate him making small talk, not just getting me in and out as fast as possible. He took the time and was genuine. Misael, another advisor, was also present, and took the time to greet me and shook my hand. It’s nice to know that they remember you and they take the time to acknowledge you. Salomon who works at parts is always helpful as well. These are the employees that always bring outstanding customer service and makes me want to spend my money here, rather than the other Chevy dealership that is closer to my home. More
Truck teasted I was told for $65 they could run a test and tell me why my gas gauge was working. After waiting two hours they told me they needed to run additional I was told for $65 they could run a test and tell me why my gas gauge was working. After waiting two hours they told me they needed to run additional test that would cost $200 more. I research on line and find out this is a common problem for my Chevy s10. It said there could only be a couple different things. Don't you think you being a Chevy dealership you work on these problems all the time. Feel like I got nothing for my $65 test. Won't be back anytime soon!!!!!! More

Janet the customer service person could have been a little more friendlier. It seems like customer service is not her thing. She quoted me a different price than what Misa gave me. 10 dollars is a huge difference when it come to an oil change. It's a very good possibility you will lose customers for a 10 dollar difference va. Your competition. Also to charge 170 dollars for a back tow alignment is a little outrageous. You might consider lowering the price, considering every other place is a lot lower. Once Misa is great he is a keeper. More
