Excellent experience!!! This by far was the smoothest car buying experience ever. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Peter Hernandez customer service. I live 200+ miles away and This by far was the smoothest car buying experience ever. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Peter Hernandez customer service. I live 200+ miles away and we were able to agree on a deal by phone. He had everything ready to go when I arrived and we were in and out in 45 min. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have purchased/leased 8 vehicles and no dealership has come close to Tom Bell Cheve. Wouldn’t hesitate to make the journey in the future to purchase another vehicle. Thank You again to the entire staff!! More
Very Concerned Customer I was actually told this morning that and I quote, "they can put my car back together and let me drive it until a part comes in" that I guess is on ba I was actually told this morning that and I quote, "they can put my car back together and let me drive it until a part comes in" that I guess is on back order nationally. My car currently has 43K miles and the vehicle has gas peddle reduced speed on me on Monday while on the freeway. So, the concern to just put the car back together, well it could be my life that is at stack in that comment.I was told the part is not covered. Of course the cost is estimated $399.00 and they said they can only give me a rental for $35 per day. Today, they said they can reduce rental to $25 per day. I would think they this Chevy dealership brings in decent revenue. Knowing the stress behind a "new car" the dealership should be kind enough to wave the rental fee entirely. The service guy on Monday, and I quote, stated there is "3 others Chevy Malibu with the same issue in here right now". That is a concern for the Chevy Malibu. I hope if anyone else is experiencing this concern to write it. Also, there is water flowing when I turn on the heater. That also is not covered. Of course. Very disappointing. More
