My 2012 GMC Tom Bell Chevy has provided me excellent service for several years, I have always found the staff, professional, courteous and caring. My 2012 GMC ACADIA required 2 new tires May 23rd. Despite some difficulties with the provider of the tires sending damaged tires, Tom Bell Chevy came through once again with the correct and undamaged tires. Within 24 hours new tires were on my SUV, wheels were balanced and mu SUV aligned correctly. I especially thank Jan, my Service Advisor, Josh Petty Service Manager, Juan who did the installation, balance and alignment, and the Shuttle drivers (especially Nelson who carefully drove me home). Awesome service I took my truck in for check engine light without knowing what was expected.
