Stay away!! After spending all day working with internet sales to put a deal in place, driving 3 hours to get there and waiting in the show room for another 90 mi After spending all day working with internet sales to put a deal in place, driving 3 hours to get there and waiting in the show room for another 90 minutes as if invisible, nothing was in place and the person I had worked with all day long was nowhere to be found! The service department is also one of the worst I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to experience. I've purchased multiple chevys between my wife and I, by FAR, the worst dealer in SoCal. Acceptable I showed up 10 mins early to drop my car off and still had to wait til my actual scheduled time, it was my cars first oil change so everything was cov I showed up 10 mins early to drop my car off and still had to wait til my actual scheduled time, it was my cars first oil change so everything was covered under warranty. It took about an hr and a half and they gave me a complimentary car wash, I wish they hadn't my 4 yr old nephew could have a done better job with out supervision, maybe they dried it with a dirty shop rag. There were streaks all over and a vacuum isn't included either thats a V I P wash...Other than that everything was acceptable. More
