Taking one for the team When GM recently fumbled, Tom Bell picked up the ball and ran with it. A check engine light is never a good sign, and the recent cold spell that swep When GM recently fumbled, Tom Bell picked up the ball and ran with it. A check engine light is never a good sign, and the recent cold spell that swept the nation caused one on my Silverado HD. This caused a shortage of the part required to correct the issue with my vehicle. While I was extremely unhappy with GM's lack of foresight, I was pleased, (but not surprised) by Tom Bell's response to the situation. Damon Chero kept me apprised of the status of the situation throughout the process with daily updates and expidited the process. Tom Bell also provided a required a complimentary service because of the inconvenience caused by GM. Above and beyond the call for me. Would not buy a Chevy from anyone other than Tom Bell, they ran the distance for me. More

3 days to adjust alignment It took 3 days to do an alignment on a 2017 car. They stated they had to contact GM. This is the 2nd time we have had it in the Tom Bell Service Dept. It took 3 days to do an alignment on a 2017 car. They stated they had to contact GM. This is the 2nd time we have had it in the Tom Bell Service Dept. The first time we had the car in the service sept for an exhaust issue they also told us they needed to contact GM for that issue as well. Our paint was alO chipped on the first visit. We have not had positive experiences with this dealership. More
