He instructed me to bring the car in the following morning, I may have to leave it for the day and if that was the case I would be given the use of a loner. He wanted me to have a working air conditioner for the weekend. I opted to wait in the comfortable waiting area. Within 2 hours I was able to drive home. Well done Tom Alh you know how to go totally above and beyond to "MAKE THINGS RIGHT ". Yes I only gave 4 stars as I have to see if there is a find leak in the air conditioner. The air conditioner has been tested and filled with new freon that has a dye in it. If there is a leak the dye will indicate where it is. Yes I am a happy Hyundai customer/owner again. More

Purchase my car in 2012 and have been very happy with it . Over the years when the car needed service could call and get appointment within a week. Good service but today when I called for an appointment fo . Over the years when the car needed service could call and get appointment within a week. Good service but today when I called for an appointment for air conditioner service informed that it would be 3 month wait. Asked why , told it was due to all Hyundai recalls. I find this hard to believe as not every person with a Hyundai is wanting recall services done. Frankly, Tom Ahls no longer is providing service in a timely mannor. Informed by the service staff I spoke to that it is just the Hyundai service department that is having problems in providing convenient timely appointments. By the time the 3 month appointment comes up it's going to be fall. Not much need for air conditioner in the fall. By the way if you think I would consider purchasing another Hyundai or recommending one to friends and family I would be looking at the service expected wait time, plus Tom Hal is the only Hyundai dealership in the Lima ohio area. The others closes one's I was informed by the service staffer is Findly, ohio a.d Ft Wayne, Indiana. More
