I am very unhappy with Tom Ahl. Understanding that they are a Christian company, I had given them the benefit of the doubt several times. Of my last 4 vehicles, I purchased 3 from Tom Ahl, and had problems with all 3 of them (no problems with the vehicle I purchased elsewhere). The final straw was taking my vehicle in for work, and them "not able to get parts." They were extremely rude, and tried to get me to rent a car from them--I finally got my car back after 6 weeks & requesting to speak to the owner (they never would allow me through to speak with him). More

Had an 8:00 a. m. service appointment and they called me at 2:30 p.m to get my authorization to BEGIN the work I had already asked them to do. Called me at 5:30 to l m. service appointment and they called me at 2:30 p.m to get my authorization to BEGIN the work I had already asked them to do.
