Customer service is our #1 priority and we are working hard to figure out who dropped the ball and why it happened so that something like this doesn't happen again. Hello there. I am sorry that this misunderstanding occurred. When our vehicles go to auction they aren't always taken off the website immediately. This is a software issue that we are working on. Unfortunately it is taking a little bit longer than we'd like. As part of our process if the vehicle is out of the bumper to bumper warranty we cannot assume the failed part is covered under powertrain without a diagnostic from the tech At the time of our diagnostic if we find that the part that is failed is covered under the powertrain we would waive all approved fees for the customer and proceed with the warranty work.
