They price gauge me for an oil change & engine filter $259.22 since I got a coupon of $20 & GMC rewards of $94.04, I still have to pay $170.13 JUST FOR OIL CHANGE & Filter. Unfortunately I cannot give them a negative five star review. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and after two weeks the front left speaker stopped working. As of now the right speaker is distor review. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and after two weeks the front left speaker stopped working. As of now the right speaker is distorted as well. I reached out to the company only to find out that the speaker is on back order indefinitely. So after waiting a month and a half with no update I reached out to GM and opened a case concerning this matter. They assigned it to an individual, then it was assigned to someone else, then it was assigned to someone else lol. The last two reps I spoke to stated they would look into me getting a certificate of deposit so I can use that to get another vehicle. A whole month later still no word about the certificate I was told to contact the customer retention manager named Chris Johnson. After multiple emails and a few calls he finally got back in contact with me a few weeks ago. He stated he would look into the matter and get back in contact with me and check on the certificate. Here it is three weeks later and he has not got back in touch with me. At this point I sent an email last week stating if I do not hear from someone I will be filing a lemon law claim with the State of Michigan and I still have not received any response from the manager. I offered solutions early on and this issue could have been resolved. After during research online there appears to be an issue with the speaker system in this vehicle. Even a salesperson told me his family member purchased an Envista and his speaker went out as well. He has been waiting over three months for a speaker. This dealership is terrible I’m not an unreasonable person but I do believe in if you say you are going to contact a person back. You contact them even if it’s to say I have not come up with anything. But to totally ghost a customer that is not good. I do not recommend going to this dealership. More
While the sales team was great, the service department was not. The certified pre-owned vehicles are supposed to have a 172 point inspection but with the issues I had to return for, that can't be true. was not. The certified pre-owned vehicles are supposed to have a 172 point inspection but with the issues I had to return for, that can't be true. Check engine light activated twice for different items and on one service visit one of my wheel locks came up missing. They offered to sell me another set which I declined. About two weeks later the tire that was missing the wheel lock developed a bubble on the sidewall and had to be replaced. I can't recommend such service. More
Filed complaint directly with GMAC. Crooked sales gimmick's can't be trusted. Avoid leasing with this dealership, you will find better deals elsewhere. Crooked sales gimmick's can't be trusted. Avoid leasing with this dealership, you will find better deals elsewhere. More
Went to Todd Wenzel today to get help with my wheels. Although they were closed for service due to a power outage, they took a look at my issue and helped fix the problem right away! Where do I start? I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Todd Wenzel. I’m going to gloss over the first two, so I can focus on the third. The First was a used 2017 Sierra 1500 I bought in 2018 from Greg Daw Todd Wenzel. I’m going to gloss over the first two, so I can focus on the third. The First was a used 2017 Sierra 1500 I bought in 2018 from Greg Dawkins. Couldn’t have been a better process. Then, in 2020 we bought a used Yukon XL from Greg. This should have been a learning experience to have prevented my issue with the third purchase (which I am getting to, and shows why Todd Wenzel is the only dealer I will ever b up from again). The sort story n the Yukon is that we made the mistake of buying a used Buick Enclave from another dealer. Saw the Yukon a year later on Wenzel’s lot, went to look at it and had Greg give me a trade in value. He showed me the CarFax. The Buick was in an accident with structural damage that was hidden from us when we bought the Buick. We have five children. Keping the Buick was no longer an option. Greg and the team at Todd Wenzel went our of their way to minimize my loss and get us into the Yukon. Now, let’s talk about the 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4 I just bought from them. In October of 2020, I started looking for this truck. Of course, I reached out to Greg first, but he said he didn’t think he would be able to get one for a bit. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN PATIENT. I wasn’t. I found one at another dealer and traded in my 2017 Sierra (in which I had about $13K equity) and bought a very nice, fully loaded 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4. About 45 days later, the issues started. I won’t bore everyone with the details, but before getting it’s first oil change, that truck had to have (what I consider) two major repairs. Going through all proper channels, I told GM I understood sometimes things happen and a bad vehicle gets built. It happens to all manufacturers. I just wanted them to stand behind it. I essentially asked the dealer I bought the truck from as well as GM to just replace it. I didn’t want any money. Just give me what I paid for. A new truck I don’t have to worry about. Well, after a few weeks of back and forth, the answer was no. Needless to say, I was disheartened and frustrated...to the point I was ready to take a huge loss and go with another manufacturer and get rid of the truck. Out of nowhere, here comes the team at Todd Wenzel (AGAIN). Drew, the GM, reached out to me and said he wanted to do what he could to make it right. This blew my mind. I didn’t buy the truck from them, and they had nothing to do with the dealership I bought the truck from. Anyway, the team at Todd Wenzel, Drew and Greg (again...see a pattern???), went out of their way to help me minimize my losses and get me into what I paid for. They took the other truck off my hands, helped me minimize my losses, and got me into a truck that is a near exact replacement of the truck I was having issues with. They even asked if there were things I wanted to change on the new truck before we moved forward. They didn’t have to do this. They had NOTHING to do with the sale of the original, issue-ridden AT4. Yet, they went out of their way to take care of me. I’m currently 37 years old, and every vehicle I have ever owned has been GM. Todd Wenzel has now secured a life-long customer. And anyone who knows what I do for a living knows that I drive a lot for my job, so Lord willing, there are a lot of vehicle purchases ahead of me. TL;DR - I CANNOT recommend them highly enough This is the only dealership I will ever deal with again. Go see Greg Dawkins. More
Very disorganized and dishonest. More concerned with playing sales games than listening to what I am asking for or remembering anything they told me. Poor training. playing sales games than listening to what I am asking for or remembering anything they told me. Poor training. More
