My experience with Wilson Dodge/Nissan was very satisfactory. I was greeted by Todd on the lot looking around. I took the car, a Kia Sorento for a test drive and liked it very much. The rest of the process was so easy. Todd gathered my information and introduced me to Dennis, the finance person. He was great to work with and before I knew it, I was leaving in my new used car. I couldn't have been happier and the whole experience was great. He was more than happy to have us call him with any questions AFTER the purchase. The guy who handled the financial aspect of the sale was very efficient and well organized.He answered all the questions we had about the financing thru NMAC.He also sweetened the deal by signing us up for the One to One rewards program,and giving us a bonus should we decide to purchase another vehicle there in the future. The zero per cent financing was a deal-making motivator in this situation as money is tight now !!!!!!!! We had gone to two other dealers-the prices were a little lower,but at this time,we prefer to go with a local dealer in the event of any (future)problems. We are hoping that the service dept is as good as the sales dept.(!). More
