I came out dealership for service on my 09 Rogue that I previously purchased there (Todd), and fell in love with new Rogue. Came back with my husband Gil went over the Rogue, Mirano, and Pathfinder with us. After comparing all went with Pathfinder. I'm a person who Hates to spend money but for all I got couldn't pass up the deal to go for an upgrade. Gil got me everything I wanted and I know he'll be there to answer my questions. I was gonna have my husband drive Pathfinder home but Gil assured me I'd be fine. Drove it home, Loved it!!! Thanks for the Pep talk Gil. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! More

I HATE buying cars!!! I really Do!!! After visiting a couple dealerships on the so called "Strip" I was getting slightly discouraged in the process. Right before giving up I heard a radio commercial for couple dealerships on the so called "Strip" I was getting slightly discouraged in the process. Right before giving up I heard a radio commercial for the Alfano Auto Group. It peeked my interest and the two male voices on the radio seemed fun and sincere. I visited the Hyundai store first. The staff were very friendly but after several minutes I realized I wasn't a Hyundai guy. I next went up to the Nissan store. I worked with Gilbert who was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. The sales manager Michael gave me an offer which I felt was very fair for both parties. They even scheduled me for my first FREE oil change which I felt was that extra touch I was looking for. I will definitely be passing on my great experience to others. More

My family has done business with the Wilson dealership for years. However, when Alfano Nissan took over, the customer service experience was a nightmare. They are great until you get to the paperwork. The for years. However, when Alfano Nissan took over, the customer service experience was a nightmare. They are great until you get to the paperwork. Then they try to sneak in hidden fees, and the attitude of trying to "push" the car onto the customer is quite apparent. I wasted 6 hours of my time, beginning with a verbal quote on a car for $16,000 and by the time fees, additional "services" and even a $300 "key fee" was added, my base price (NOT including taxes and reg) was almost $20,000! The manager was rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Alfano is an underhanded, sneaky dealership. They even submitted my credit to three different financing companies and, even though I never purchased a vehicle through them, I was denied financing because Alfano submitted a request for a 76 month loan for me - which I never agreed to. I have an excellent credit score and to get a letter of denial based upon Alfano's ridiculous request of such a long term loan only confirms my belief that this dealership is shady. I am happy to report that I chose to do my business with Brass City Hyundai and received a friendly, professional staff who gave me a great deal on a new car. After being completely exhausted and frustrated with my car shopping experience at Alfano, Brass City restored my faith in the automobile industry. Buyer Beware with Alfano! They will promise you the world until you get to the paperwork. If you purchase a vehicle from them, please read every line carefully and question everything, because they will include charges that you are not aware of or did not agree to. I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience, and lucky for me I never signed on the dotted line with them. More

Be very very careful in dealing with either alfano dealership. They will blatantly rip you off any chance they get. If you dont pay attention to what your signing you will be paying more for a used dealership. They will blatantly rip you off any chance they get. If you dont pay attention to what your signing you will be paying more for a used car then what a new one would have cost you.. Also watch out buying used, they have no problem selling cars needing alot of work or have been in a flood... I have bought cars, new and used from several dealerships and have never regretted it like I do now.. More
