Go see Victor! I was not very far into a lease from another dealer/make with high payments. My financial situation had changed and I needed some help. Other dealers had turned me away, not even entertaining any options but I contacted Victor (who my boyfriend had also purchased a car from) and he was wonderful. That same day I went in, he and Klodi went through a number of options and I ended up walking out with a new car at a much lower payment than I was at before. They really worked with me and really helped me out! Victor was great, very down to earth and just a real person, very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and the Alfano team!! More

When it came time to the delivery of my vehicle I did a walk around with the sales man and the truck was clean no damage. When I went to go see the fiancee guy Victor went to go get gas. The salesman damage my truck without telling me or anyone else and quickly rushed me into my new vehicle and sent me on my way. I noticed the damage right away when I got home and he tried to say that I did it. Some days he would not of called me back and i had to call 2 or 3 times to get a answer and they wanted me to pay the for the damage or maybe haft. After a week of calling the dealership 1 or 2 times a day just to get a answer they finally said they would cover it. After a week of xxxx and the xx they put me threw I thought that I was at Carmax…….. More
