Service department I brought my truck in cause my steering wheel was making a squeeky sound.. Was told I needed a clock spring. 400 bucks. Picked my truck up and it was still making the same sounds also my speedometer was now making scrapping sounds.. Took it back my truck was kept overnight just for them to tell me that now I have to pay 775 dollars for a new motor for my speedometer that nothing was wrong with it when I brought it in.. All the y did was oil up some stuff in the steering wheel and the sounds stopped. A waste of 400 bucks seems like they didn't really look at my truck in the first place.. A few days after that I went to blow my horn and it wouldn't blow I called the service department back to bring my truck back in and Coke to find out they didn't reconnect the horn all the way.. Almost got hit with my nephew in the truck with me smh.. Now it seems like since I brought my truck in there a lot of things is starting to happen.. I've had my truck going on 3 years no problem until LAKEWOOD FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT WORKED KN MY TRUCK.. More

Trouble with starting my Expedition I was having trouble with my truck starting on a Friday. I had it towed from Ft Lewis to Lakewood Ford. My service rep was Suzi Cronin. While it was I was having trouble with my truck starting on a Friday. I had it towed from Ft Lewis to Lakewood Ford. My service rep was Suzi Cronin. While it was there, the maintenance personnel could not find any issues. The truck stared every time. I went to pick up the vehicle and as I was driving, about a mile and a half away the truck shut off. It was approximately 4:30pm. I had to get another tow truck to come to take it back to Lakewood Ford. I contacted Sizi and informed her about my situation and she told me that the maintenance personnel would be off at 6:00pm. It takes 45 minutes to an hour for a tow truck to arrive. I had a very short window to get the vehicle back. The tow truck showed up at 5:15pm, but because it would not start I could not put it in neutral so it could be towed on the flatbed trailer. I called Suzi back and gave her the update and asked if there was a loaner car that I could use due me just arriving to Ft Lewis and having no other means of transportation. At that time there were none. I asked if she knew of a car rental place close by my location. She told me there was but it was close and most of the rental places were close. So, I was so miserable and it was raining to top it off. Suzi called me back and informed me that there was a loaner car available. I was so thankful for continued service to assist me with having transportation during the time my truck was there. I was picked up by the Ford shuttle and received the the loaner vehicle. I had to wait for another tow truck and I attempted to start the truck and it started at 6:15pm. It shut off 5 minutes later but I was able to put it in neutral. My truck was there for 5 days and i was completely fixed. The price was excellent and greatly appreciated everything that Lakewood Ford personnel did to fix my truck! Thanks Suzi!!! More
