I took my truck to Titus will Toyota in March to have my alternator Replaced, The service adviser called me to advise me that I needed several other items replaced including a new timing belt I agreed for t alternator Replaced, The service adviser called me to advise me that I needed several other items replaced including a new timing belt I agreed for them to do the work at a cost of $3000. When I went to pick up my truck and pay the check engine light was still on I alerted the service advisor he came out and cleared the light and said if it comes back on to call him it came back on the next day so I called the following day, He advised me that I needed another $4500 in repairs if I wanted the light to go away and stay away , I took it to a local shop day diagnosed the timing was off and I needed a new Camshaft sensor which day installed costing me another $1400. This is not a reflection on the dealership as a whole as they have treated me very well over the years it just reflects on the 2 individuals I had to deal with in my case. More

The work I requested was not done to expectations and to standard. In addition, Titus Will Toyota Service has an issue with Service Department Integrity. I marked one of my lugs just to be certain and test to ensure complete Tire removal and subsequent requested inspection was ACTUALLY done to FULLY assess potential issues. My Marks indicate NO tire removal. In addition, based on my phone call this morning and review of my invoice, the clerk indicated we "test drove the car" and didn't hear or see anything". Please explain to me if you open at 0700 and somehow even if my car was 1st in que, that the full inspection to include putting on a lift (that I was expecting) took place in under 45 minutes? The problem your facing with this is that I get a phone call stating "nothing found" at 0747 a.m. Do the math, this strongly indicates that no effort was done as requested to put on lift. Can you honestly tell me that the Service Department pulled all the tires, looked at the differential, axles, hubs, bearings, and the complete brake inspection took less than 40 minutes? Your team did not. I have proof that not all of my tires were removed and therefore calling into question your Service Departments integrity and honesty. My wife and I were loyal customers for over 20 years. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Titus. We have experienced issues regarding appointments, conflicting online scheduling issues and lengthy waits just to get an appointment. This compounds our frustration and confirms a lack of faith in Titus Will Toyota Service. Never again. You have lost a valued customer. Looking forward to your team's response on the Better Business Bureau Claim I have initiated. More
Oct 27 2021. Took my vehicle in to have door open and lock function diagnosed. Owned the vehicle for 8 months only the drivers door worked via any lock/unlock mechanism request. A recall existed on the d lock function diagnosed. Owned the vehicle for 8 months only the drivers door worked via any lock/unlock mechanism request. A recall existed on the drivers door harness. Service person suggested I wait until that repair was complete as it might fix my problem. I was informed later that it did not fix the problem and would require the junction box be replaced as no signal was going through it. The cost would be 1600 dollars. I rejected the repair and paid a diagnostic fee of approximately 120 dollars. I was told that upon putting everything back together, that the problem still existed. However, When i picked the vehicle up, the doors worked and have worked consistently now for 3 weeks. I can no longer have faith in this company. I almost paid 1600 dollars for a repair that had been resolved already. They said well maybe you got lucky. But How is it the problem was there when you last checked it prior to my pick up and suddenly it wasn't. I cancelled all future appointments for service as I cant trust them beyond this. More
TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OVER DUE OIL CHANGE. BRIAN CAME RIGHT OUT TO GET MY INFO. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. MY OIL CHANGE ONLY TOOK 45MIN AND THEY CHECKED MY CAR OUT COMPLETELY AND LET ME KNOW EVERYTH RIGHT OUT TO GET MY INFO. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. Wife took car in for service. Oil change and top off all fluids. When finished, it was obvious the fluid top off did not occur. Untrustworthy Service I had my 2018 Tacoma serviced at 10,000 miles where I bought the vehicle, Titus Will Toyota in Tacoma, WA. I informed them that I have been hearing a I had my 2018 Tacoma serviced at 10,000 miles where I bought the vehicle, Titus Will Toyota in Tacoma, WA. I informed them that I have been hearing a whining noise coming from the rear of the vehicle while traveling at speeds between 40-60 mph, which started around 7,000 miles. They looked and it and the service technician stated that he could hear it and it was "normal". This is not normal, so I had them look at it again during my 15,000 mile service. They stated that they couldn't hear anything, so I had the technician ride with me in the vehicle so he could hear what I was hearing. He could hear it and stated it was some kind of "harmonic resonation". When I received my invoice it stated that the technician said it was ""wind noise", this is not what he told me while driving in the vehicle with me. I took it to another Toyota dealer and they used a chassis ear to determine the noise was coming from the differential housing where they found the fluid was dark and had metal debris inside. They contacted Toyota and after a few tests, were told to replace the rear differential. I will no longer do business with Titus Will, they are not trust-worthy whatsoever. More

Hello Mr. Titus Will I will remember this when I am looking for my next vehicle. It is wrong to inconvenience your customers cause your losing money on sales. I understand how your company works now. Making people clean your offices when they are service managers. you hire a cleaning contractor for that instead of pimping out your employees that you obviously don't care about. Its this simple, your dealership service department has a large demand don't make cuts their and make your customers wait for something just so you can save fractions. it will bite you. I will share my experiences with my 60,000 friends in the area. More
