The customer service at Titus-Wills (Tacoma)went above and beyond what I expected. The sales associate Amy Hasenbalg was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Avalon from Titus-Will Toyota. We worked with Ramon Hernandez and found a sometimes unpleasant situation to be very pleasant. This dealership and its sales and service staff have always been exceptionally customer oriented in my dealings with them.
