The customer service was abysmal! The vehicle has proven to be a piece of crap. Something you would expect from a fly by night buy here pay here lot. Not a SUPPOSED REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP. Turns out the “single owner” they represented was a car rental company. A two year old vehicle that had been run through the wringer. The dealership didn’t even detail it and barely washed it. Found years old dirt caked on the undercarriage with rust and corrosion everywhere. Also of note if a non Toyota mechanic finds issues to be addressed expect to pay out of pocket for repairs because if the Toyota mechanic doesn’t agree the warranty is worthless. I’ve been a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer for over 20 years. I like the brand but this dealership NEVER AGAIN!! More
I do NOT recommend buying from this dealership. I have had 2 bad experiences Titus-Will. This one - In 2022 we bought a used Cadillac xt5 for our daughter. Short time latter I say it was blowing white smoke. I took it back to Toyota - Tacoma. I was told to talk to the service department. The young man said that was normal. All their cars did that. This was an outright lie. He said to take it to the Cadillac dealer in Fife if I wanted to have it checked. My daughter then moved out of state, so I did not get to pursue it further. Now, 3 years latter, I have the car back, it still blows smoke. I called the Titus-Will Cadillac dealership in Fife and was told it was, of course, out of new-purchase warranty and It was now my problem to pay for. Do not buy form Titus-Will without having another company check the used car. Titus-Will does not do a very good job of inspecting their used car before reselling it. More

I came in for a specific vehicle and when I showed up the vehicle was still on the showroom floor. So now I had to wait for them to remove it before even sitting down with anyone. The original sales rep who vehicle was still on the showroom floor. So now I had to wait for them to remove it before even sitting down with anyone. The original sales rep who I spoke to passed me off to someone else as I was not financing through the dealership and he decided I was not worth his time. The new sales rep was very nice and that is the only reason I'm not rating lower. I waited upwards of 2hrs to get in with the finance rep to give him my check and sign paperwork, which they then pressured me to run a credit report to try and persuade me to finance through them. Another hour and I finally am free to drive away with the car. A month down the road I get a call from them stating that they had lost my check. I should have just said "That sucks" and driven away with my free car, but I got them a replacement check. It was just a mess and I honestly would not buy from them again or recommend them. More
I took my truck to Titus will Toyota in March to have my alternator Replaced, The service adviser called me to advise me that I needed several other items replaced including a new timing belt I agreed for t alternator Replaced, The service adviser called me to advise me that I needed several other items replaced including a new timing belt I agreed for them to do the work at a cost of $3000. When I went to pick up my truck and pay the check engine light was still on I alerted the service advisor he came out and cleared the light and said if it comes back on to call him it came back on the next day so I called the following day, He advised me that I needed another $4500 in repairs if I wanted the light to go away and stay away , I took it to a local shop day diagnosed the timing was off and I needed a new Camshaft sensor which day installed costing me another $1400. This is not a reflection on the dealership as a whole as they have treated me very well over the years it just reflects on the 2 individuals I had to deal with in my case. More
Had to initiate a Better Business Bureau inquiry regarding potential integrity issues as well as poor customer service. (Invoice #TOCS700601). The work I requested was not done to expectations and to standard. In addition, Titus Will Toyota Service has an issue with Service Department Integrity. I marked one of my lugs just to be certain and test to ensure complete Tire removal and subsequent requested inspection was ACTUALLY done to FULLY assess potential issues. My Marks indicate NO tire removal. In addition, based on my phone call this morning and review of my invoice, the clerk indicated we "test drove the car" and didn't hear or see anything". Please explain to me if you open at 0700 and somehow even if my car was 1st in que, that the full inspection to include putting on a lift (that I was expecting) took place in under 45 minutes? The problem your facing with this is that I get a phone call stating "nothing found" at 0747 a.m. Do the math, this strongly indicates that no effort was done as requested to put on lift. Can you honestly tell me that the Service Department pulled all the tires, looked at the differential, axles, hubs, bearings, and the complete brake inspection took less than 40 minutes? Your team did not. I have proof that not all of my tires were removed and therefore calling into question your Service Departments integrity and honesty. My wife and I were loyal customers for over 20 years. This is our 4th vehicle purchased from Titus. We have experienced issues regarding appointments, conflicting online scheduling issues and lengthy waits just to get an appointment. This compounds our frustration and confirms a lack of faith in Titus Will Toyota Service. Never again. You have lost a valued customer. Looking forward to your team's response on the Better Business Bureau Claim I have initiated. More
