Love my Hyundai (and saleswoman ) In 2008 I bought my FIRST Hyundai , at that time I needed a car that would hold two wheelchairs at one time and would be easy for ME to put in the car In 2008 I bought my FIRST Hyundai , at that time I needed a car that would hold two wheelchairs at one time and would be easy for ME to put in the car without help ( I had looked everywhere and had no luck. I had never been in a Hyundai before and thought what could it hurt checking at Titus-Will ) As soon as I parked a saleswoman with a smile asked if she could help me, I told he what I needed and she said " I think we have just what you need " and showed me a 2008 ENTOURAGE it was long and sleek, it held 7 passengers, I could put w/c in the back by myself. With the help of Coralie I drove off the lot in my new car. I loved that car. I had been thinking about getting a new car over the Labor Day week-end so I stopped in at Titus-Will again and asked for Coralie, she was with other customers, so I looked around until she was finished with the others. When I told her what I was looking for this time she took me to see a 2016 ELANTRA, and this car has everything I asked for (a short time later I was driving home in my NEW CAR. ) Another thing with Coralie was when she saw me see remembered things about me , like the 1st car she sold me and the reasons I got it. Great Experience - less stress Right price (less that competitors right out of the gate) without prior knowledge of other dealer offers. Sales staff kept me up to date concerning availability of the needed model to the sale. Finance person did not inform me of the credit union interest rate changes prior to day of sale. Another Finance person finished the sale but could not offer information on how to order a custom license plate at the dealer location. Was not informed that the all-wheeled version could not be dolly towed (I'm an RV owner and needed to tow). I will need to get flat bed trailer for the Tucson to travel with the RV. Otherwise an excellent dealership experience. More
