Super easy, and happy with my purchase Karl called me suggesting to get this 2000 Ford Focus, because it was in my price range, and i was in need of transportation. Karl greeted me at the parking lot, led me straight to the car. Showed me all the options, and made me aware of some of the problems. It was too easy, I wanted it. Paperwork took less than an hour, Karl was consistent, confident, and simply a nice guy. I walked out to the car, the service department had already looked everything over made sure fluids, tire pressure, and hoses were good. I was out of the lot in two hours.
