kind of place that will take your vehicle in for service and won't call you or give you an update for over a month and a half...and then don't even check the vehicle before you pick it up! Our Buick was i and won't call you or give you an update for over a month and a half...and then don't even check the vehicle before you pick it up! Our Buick was in for service on the moon roof they failed to completely fix the first time, they allowed the waterlogged car to sit on the lot and mold very badly on the inside before working on it and tried to give it back to us without half of the interior installed and completely full of mold everywhere all because Misha couldn't do her job and check the car before we got there.. they kept it and it took over a week to get them to clean it and detail it... of course all the small details were overlooked and while the car appears clean the seat belt straps are still molded and stained and the headliner still has discoloration. They take no accountability for their poor workmanship and lack of communication, Misha made it very clear that her vacation was more important than my vehicle in her possession. Mechanics did work but if one looks at the details we see damage and poorly done work. Overall we are very disappointed with treatment and work quality after our family buying 3 vehicles from them we will all be taking our business elsewhere. Tyler in sales is the guy that'll lie to you right off the bat and Misha sets a very low bar for quality as a service writer. More
The on line service booking through the GM app is a total mess. After the fact I received a call from their service dept. saying that on line is for Oil Changes only, even though the confirmation email from mess. After the fact I received a call from their service dept. saying that on line is for Oil Changes only, even though the confirmation email from GM showed Emission issue. They lead you to believe that they have service appointments available in a few days while in reality the are booked out over a month! Either they are a very small service dept or there is a severe lack of tecnitions that want to work there. More
Beware of their service department My last 2 vehicles were Cadillacs, but after my dealings with this service department, I will never buy another. Our 2008 Cadillac SRX broke down and was towed to this dealer. Unfortunately, it was on a Saturday and the service department was closed. Or that's the excuse they gave us when we showed up on Sunday prior to thunderstorms to find out they left the vehicle in an unsecured area with all the windows rolled down. No one made an attempt to have the car covered with tarps, so my husband and I had to do it. Our service advisor was, at first, very helpful. She told us they had to order a part and that the car would be ready by Thursday. When Thursday came and went, I called early the next morning only to find out the service advisor was on vacation and no one knew what was going on with our car. At this point, I'd been out of a vehicle for almost a week. They called us later that morning to tell us our car was ready, so we went and picked it up. I took that opportunity to complain to the Service Manager. After we picked the car up, I went back to work. However, when I went to get in the passenger side of the car, they had re-installed the console but left all the carpet hanging out. I immediately drove it back over to the dealership and had to wait for over 45 minutes for it to be 'fixed.' My car was left in the service bay with the windows rolled down, the engine running, and unattended. I watched it for about 15 minutes myself and when no one came to get me decided it must be ready, so I got in the driver's side door and leaned over to make sure there was no more carpet sticking out, which was my bad. That evening, my husband and I were leaving to go somewhere and I got in the passenger side. Instead of fixing it properly, the service technician had merely folded over the carpet like a shelf and stuck the edges up into the console. Needless to say, I was very angry and we had to take the vehicle back for a third time for another whole day to fix a problem that should never had been there in the first place. Their response for all this inconvenience was to offer us a free car wash. Due to this, I decided to never purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Why would I spend a huge amount of money on a car and then get treated like this? More

The car recently developed an alarming lurch and shudder felt throughout the car when coming to a stop. We took the car into the Titus-Will service department twice and were told each time that nothing was wrong with the car. In fact, we were accused of causing the malfunction ourselves due to our own incompetency behind the wheel.

Feeling that the car was unsafe to drive, we found an internet forum describing the exact problem we were facing, harsh downshifting due to a Power Control Module with faulty programming, a very quick and simple fix. Presented with this information, Titus-Will again insisted nothing was wrong with the car and we were actually belittled for looking to the internet for answers.

Toyota of Olympia then confirmed the problem in the car (The Vibe is the twin to the Toyota Matrix) so we found a GM shop which serviced both Toyota and GM to insure competent repair. Five Star Toyota-Chevrolet in Aberdeen fit the bill, and they re-programmed the module and restored the car to working order quickly and easily.

My partner and I were treated shabbily at Titus-Will of Olympia, left to diagnose and fix the problem ourselves. We are left wondering if the treatment we received was due to mere incompetence or an attempt to avoid dealing with people such as ourselves.
More
