I printed it out, called my bank (we are pre-approved), and gave them ALL the information including price. I went to look at it again later on to show my husband and the price was just 2 blank lines!!! THEN, I checked again in a few hours after some back and forth texting with the dealer who, btw, sent me the sales document to my phone???!!!! I asked him to email everything earlier. At the third check, the price was suddenly 22K + or - . Today it has gone from nothing to just below 20K and now it's blank again. I informed them I am going to report them to at least 3 agencies. Glad I have evidence. More

I had very little information to work I called from out of state trying to locate a car my father had owned, that had been traded in after his death. I had very little information to work from, not even a vin. Richard and Kevin were able to locate all the vehicle information, and even contacted the current owner on my behalf. While the current owner is not ready to sell, they assured me the car is in safe hands. I couldn't ask for a better experience. More

The diagnostic machine used in the service dept couldn’t find the problem after two attempts. They did a global reset and more problems popped up. They will NOT do anything to rectify this situation. Thank you Last edits: Titus will ended up contacting me and traded the car for one that is in much better condition. I appreciate them for that. Thank you for Last edits: Titus will ended up contacting me and traded the car for one that is in much better condition. I appreciate them for that. Thank you for helping into a car I can be proud to own I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway. I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive. The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle *Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form.... More
Beware of their service department My last 2 vehicles were Cadillacs, but after my dealings with this service department, I will never buy another. Our 2008 Cadillac SRX broke down and My last 2 vehicles were Cadillacs, but after my dealings with this service department, I will never buy another. Our 2008 Cadillac SRX broke down and was towed to this dealer. Unfortunately, it was on a Saturday and the service department was closed. Or that's the excuse they gave us when we showed up on Sunday prior to thunderstorms to find out they left the vehicle in an unsecured area with all the windows rolled down. No one made an attempt to have the car covered with tarps, so my husband and I had to do it. Our service advisor was, at first, very helpful. She told us they had to order a part and that the car would be ready by Thursday. When Thursday came and went, I called early the next morning only to find out the service advisor was on vacation and no one knew what was going on with our car. At this point, I'd been out of a vehicle for almost a week. They called us later that morning to tell us our car was ready, so we went and picked it up. I took that opportunity to complain to the Service Manager. After we picked the car up, I went back to work. However, when I went to get in the passenger side of the car, they had re-installed the console but left all the carpet hanging out. I immediately drove it back over to the dealership and had to wait for over 45 minutes for it to be 'fixed.' My car was left in the service bay with the windows rolled down, the engine running, and unattended. I watched it for about 15 minutes myself and when no one came to get me decided it must be ready, so I got in the driver's side door and leaned over to make sure there was no more carpet sticking out, which was my bad. That evening, my husband and I were leaving to go somewhere and I got in the passenger side. Instead of fixing it properly, the service technician had merely folded over the carpet like a shelf and stuck the edges up into the console. Needless to say, I was very angry and we had to take the vehicle back for a third time for another whole day to fix a problem that should never had been there in the first place. Their response for all this inconvenience was to offer us a free car wash. Due to this, I decided to never purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Why would I spend a huge amount of money on a car and then get treated like this? More

Absolutely horrendous service. This review is just as much about a terrible GM product as it is about the terrible service department at Titus Will. I had a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ, fully loaded, with much about a terrible GM product as it is about the terrible service department at Titus Will. I had a 2014 Chevy Silverado LTZ, fully loaded, with a list of problems that Titus Will could not fix in a brand new truck. For three months I received the run around in trying to get my truck fixed then trying to Lemon it. I had moving seats, yes the drivers seat would actually shift side to side and front to back while going around turns or while braking. I was told "it is operating as designed". You see, this is there way of saying tough crap, deal with it. Next a clunking shift in the driveline. Again, the truck is operating as designed. Missing lights in the dashboard. Rear sliding window track broken, condensation in the cheap made in china headlights, rough idle with fluctuating RPM so bad the engine would rock. Time after time, reflashing the computer, I would get the same answer, it operates as designed. All of these problems started when the truck had just 1,300 miles. Titus Will did not stand behind the product they sell. I received the run around for three months, I asked for GM/Titus Will to Lemon it which went no where. I asked them to swap it out, they said it would be at my cost. Finally after months of dealing with this crap I traded it. GM sent me a survey on how the dealer is doing and I gave them negative comments. Now I get harassing SPAM emails with fake vehicles requesting I bring them in for service. I've asked for my email address to be removed and still receive emails from Titus Will. Below is the email "According to our records, your 1972 Ford Ranchero may be due for service. Regular maintenance is important to ensure a trouble-free ownership experience and can provide significant long-term savings. We encourage you to schedule maintenance now so we can help you to take proper care of your vehicle."
Service Department Incompetent or Perhaps Something Worse.

My legal domestic partner and I own a 2009 Pontiac Vibe still under warranty. The car recently developed an alarming lurch Something Worse.

My legal domestic partner and I own a 2009 Pontiac Vibe still under warranty. The car recently developed an alarming lurch and shudder felt throughout the car when coming to a stop. We took the car into the Titus-Will service department twice and were told each time that nothing was wrong with the car. In fact, we were accused of causing the malfunction ourselves due to our own incompetency behind the wheel.

Feeling that the car was unsafe to drive, we found an internet forum describing the exact problem we were facing, harsh downshifting due to a Power Control Module with faulty programming, a very quick and simple fix. Presented with this information, Titus-Will again insisted nothing was wrong with the car and we were actually belittled for looking to the internet for answers.

Toyota of Olympia then confirmed the problem in the car (The Vibe is the twin to the Toyota Matrix) so we found a GM shop which serviced both Toyota and GM to insure competent repair. Five Star Toyota-Chevrolet in Aberdeen fit the bill, and they re-programmed the module and restored the car to working order quickly and easily.

My partner and I were treated shabbily at Titus-Will of Olympia, left to diagnose and fix the problem ourselves. We are left wondering if the treatment we received was due to mere incompetence or an attempt to avoid dealing with people such as ourselves.
More
