Everyone is always professionally cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, timely & care. Clean, welcoming customer service area & customer waiting area. The customer waiting area offers clean, open, knowledgeable, helpful, timely & care. Clean, welcoming customer service area & customer waiting area. The customer waiting area offers clean, open, well lit, sunny, area with great seating both sofa chairs & tables with chairs for customer preference, & tv. The neat snack section is to the side, on connecting short hallway, so as to not be in the face, tempting to customers & if they happen to have a kiddy or more. Snack area has various sodas, water, (coffee is free complimentary nicessity 'nice' gift), etc & chips, candy bars, etc, & cool kiddy area secured with clear glass for wall & glass door for kiddy proof security & well kept restrooms. Down the main floor, there are is a small section of Ford tshirts & keychains to purchase from. Of course they have a car or two displayed on main floor to carefully look at. As well, current Vehicle info catalogs. Im sure I may have forgotten one or two other complimentary nicessities 'nice' things. They have basically thought of everything to give the customer a wonderful wait experience. Thank You Ford for all you do to help your employees & customers & thereby helping the communities you service. For following question, I think 'Josh' or 'Matt' waited on me in customer service 10/7 for oil change, etc. My apologies. More
I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them 3 months ago. Went on vacation with my 3 kids and the truck was too small. Went to trade it back in to them and the I purchased a vehicle from them 3 months ago. Went on vacation with my 3 kids and the truck was too small. Went to trade it back in to them and they literally gave me a price that was 25% less, yes a quarter of the cost less than they sold it to me. In my opinion, if you sell a customer a vehicle for a certain price, you should at least give them a reasonable price to trade it in. I understand taking a loss but a $6000 to $8000 difference is ridiculous. I will not be recommending them to anyone. More
