I have used your shop for years this trip was the worse. Took three hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Took three hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. More

Diagnosed broken horn switch. Could not find replacement part. Also replaced 3 spark plug and ignition coils. Repairs took 8 days. Was charged $160 for misfiring diagnostics and another $160 for inoperable horn diagnostics. Was told that I would not be charged more than the diagnostic for horn if they could fix for $160 or less. In addition to broken horn switch, the horn assembly was also burned out and needed to be replaced. Horn assembly was not replaced. More
