I haven't purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I don't even live in Kentucky. A family member (who does own a Buick) was visiting in the London area and had an accident on a Saturday. She did not know anyone in the town and due to the wreck, was w/o a car. The folks at Tincher Williams dealership helped her with all of her problems and made it possible for her to return home safely (several hours away). If they are this kind and helpful, to accommodate a total stranger to the extent that they did, wow, the service they provide to one of their own customers, must be awesome! More
