Never purchase from this dealership! They forged my signature on the purchase and sale agreement. I purchased a vehicle from Time Jeep in May of this year and signed for a lease at d They forged my signature on the purchase and sale agreement. I purchased a vehicle from Time Jeep in May of this year and signed for a lease at delivery. Soon after, Time Jeep called and said that Stellantis Financial had requested a change in payment, and that I needed to re-sign the contract for a higher monthly amount. I refused and did not sign any new documents. I also never received a copy of my original signed agreement. Later, when I opened my lease account to set up payments, I discovered my payment had been changed to the higher amount—not the one I had agreed to. I requested copies of my documents directly from Stellantis Financial, and when I reviewed them, I immediately saw that Time Jeep had forged my signature on the contract and submitted it to the bank. I went to the dealership in person and showed the manager the forged documents. Instead of asking the obvious questions (who, what, where, when, why) like anyone unfamiliar with the situation would, he immediately claimed it was outrageous, said the person responsible would be fired, and offered to buy back my car and get me into another one. While this response felt suspicious, I was hopeful the issue would be resolved, so I moved forward. Unfortunately, after that initial conversation, the manager stopped returning my calls and messages. I had to repeatedly call the store and even show up unannounced just to get his attention. Weeks went by before I could finally get an appointment, and when I did, it became clear that a simple buyback was not going to happen. They pushed hard to put me into another vehicle I didn’t want. After five hours of pressure and being treated poorly in the finance office, I realized I could never trust them. I left without resolving the issue. I then reached out to the dealer group for assistance. At first, they seemed responsive and willing to help, but just like the dealership, they eventually stopped returning my calls, emails, and texts. Please be aware: This dealership not only forged my signature and submitted fraudulent paperwork to the bank, but when I tried to resolve the issue, they lied, stalled, pressured me, and ultimately ignored me. I talked with many dealers some local some out of state. I made the best choice buy going with Time CDJR. The process was so simple. Straight forward and honest. I was able to do most of it over the phone and text. We made the 3 hour drive with nervous anticipation. Would we be getting the deal we agreed to or would there be hassle.
