Wasnt gonna do this but I stirred on it enough and want others to realize...nothing on this rating is due to our great salesman Taylor fraley,I'd give that man 5 gold stars...but we had deal done and left others to realize...nothing on this rating is due to our great salesman Taylor fraley,I'd give that man 5 gold stars...but we had deal done and left with a brand new 2020 kia sorento and then a phone call threatening to cancel deal due to the fact of a pay stub (mind you we already had car for 2 weeks..) if there was some type of a hold up shouldnt that been dealt with before we left with the NEW car??? Oh then the 10yr 100k warranty that was suppose to be given with purchase of new car..that kia supposedly carried, we see it was $2 grand for it,after we get paperwork.. First buyng experience from timbrook kia=terrible More
