I got my oil and oil filter changed, a new battery installed and the gear oil (75-140w) in the PTU changed on my 2016 Escape Titanium. They also inspected the stuff that needs to be inspected. It appears that I'm going to need brakes and tires a little sooner than I thought I would but hey, it's good to know so I can plan for it. As always, everyone in the Service Dept. was friendly and professional. Kudos to Ted for listening to my concerns on the PTU fluid change. Great group of people working there that care about keeping the customer happy. I've been going to the same location for 32 years so it's safe to assume I'm happy. More

Working with Jim and Angelo was excellent. They were helpful. Jim showed us every feature on the car and how to use it. Angelo helped and explained everything about financing.
