I was looking to sell or trade in my 2012 street glide I talked to a guy after submitting the appraisal through their website and checking a few places and it booked around 12-14k depending which site you u talked to a guy after submitting the appraisal through their website and checking a few places and it booked around 12-14k depending which site you used for trade in. I made the appointment with the person. my bike has S&S pipes 12inch bars, bt stereo ect so I told I’m I want want clean trade value and he agreed it seemed more than reasonable. I showed up asked for my salesmen was told the guy just made appointments. I told them what the guy and I discussed and wanted to look at two bikes and possibly trade for them.I wasn’t offer to test ride I was told let’s see what the sales manger says I waited they looked at it, he comes back and says best we can do is 9k. I’ll admit I was pissed. I asked how it could value that low and wasn’t given an answer, I showed him what THEIR website said the value was and told me I’m just the messenger. Total waste of time and an insult. I asked about the price on the other bikes and their prices are not negotiable. Complete disappointment and waste of time. I wouldn’t not recommend at all drive to Gladstone or Eugene. More
