So far the truck doesn’t have any problems since getting fixed. Alittle frustrated that gas wasn’t put back in the tank after it was drove around but other then that no complaints. More

As a local business owner, I trust you can appreciate that employees may occasionally overlook or forget to prepare in advance. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the vehicle, which requires 0W-30 Liqui Moly oil and 8.5 quarts, a quantity we do not typically maintain in our inventory. Additionally, the oil filter is not a common item in our stock due to infrequent use. I will ensure that the employee is informed so we can be better prepared in the future.
