I recommend going to Phoenix or flagstaff, you can get a better deal even better than pure price (msrp). They don't explain Pure Price accurately and mislead you into saying other dealers are lying. Very friendly service until it comes to talking about the price. More

I changed the oil at Toyota and drove home the light came back on. Now they want to tear into the engine cause they can't figure out what's wrong. Also they said my cabin filter was really dirty and need to be changed. They said they took it out and blew it clean. Well when I got home I took out the filter and there was leaves and grass in the filter.. Well its obvious they lie. I will never return to this dealer again and I was thinking of buying a car there, NO MORE! More

I bought a new 2015 Highlander from this dealer and the day after brought it home we discovered a stain (looks to be from a permanent marker, like what they would write on sales signs) on a trim piece of the center console. We emailed the salesman 2 days later with an a picture of the issue and as expected we got nothing but silence after two voice mails and 4 phone calls. After a week, I finally got a hold of the sales manager, Mark, who advised us to bring it back up to Prescott since they have to see it. I was reluctant after the cold shoulder we got from the salesman and the multiple trips that it would probably take to get this taken care of. Regardless, I thought it would be fair for them to have a look in order to perform an assessment. When we got there, I told the receptionist that we didn’t want to sit around because we had an 11 month old with us. We ended up waiting 50 minutes before the manger came out to talk to us. Meanwhile, they had 10+ people sitting around and none of them were interested in helping us out. Our initial salesman walked past us at least 4 times. Finally, we were told that this is our issue because we took delivery of the car and there’s nothing that he’s willing to do to help us out. The first thing out of the sales manager’s mouth without any discussion was “I won’t replace it.” He never got creative or helpful or offer to meet us in the middle. I even offered to split the cost with them because I dropped off my 4Runner to be serviced at a local Phoenix dealership that same day and they had looked up the price on the trim and it was only $135 (retail). On our way home we got a call back from the service advisor from the Phoenix dealership and he advised us that it would take very little to replace that trim piece ourselves and it wouldn’t be worth paying any labor to do it. We verified this during a stop home and it was literally a snap-in piece. Needless to say, we had him order the trim piece right away. I got a preview of this during the initial sale (wait game, stall tactics, inflating the car with items that I never asked for and adding ridiculous items built into the sales invoice and etc.), but I chalked this up to usual sales shenanigans and I should have trusted my instinct. We couldn’t find the combination of options and colors that we were looking for in Phoenix and thought that a dealer in a smaller town, especially filled with retirees, would at least provide the same level of service as other dealers in Phoenix. This proved to be the exact opposite. My suspicions were confirmed when I dug a little deeper into reviews on Yelp that were marked as “not currently recommended.” This is the 6th Toyota product (Scion, Toyota & Lexus) in our immediate family and my 3rd. While we love our cars, this was THE worst experience that I’ve ever hard, regardless of brand. If you’re looking for poor customer service along with lack of pride in taking care of the customer and making sure that they’re happy with their 40K purchase then this is the place to go. I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere. Tim’s - never again! More

I had the best experience at Tim's Toyota I've ever had at a dealership. Dennis Blakeley, our sales associate, was attentive and kind. We spoke prior to coming in and he made sure that everything ever had at a dealership. Dennis Blakeley, our sales associate, was attentive and kind. We spoke prior to coming in and he made sure that everything was ready to go as soon as we arrived. Including having the car of our choice washed and ready to take out for a test drive. My husband and I came in with our children and a few of the employees brought them over treats and drinks which made our experience that much better. I have and will continue to highly recommend Tim's Toyota, especially Dennis Blakeley. I feel that if there were more sales associates like him, the buying a car experience would be a positive one. I visited this dealership because they were located close to me. Their used vehicle prices appeared to be high (over $1000 above KBB). I thought maybe they were just listing high but would come down in price to me. Their used vehicle prices appeared to be high (over $1000 above KBB). I thought maybe they were just listing high but would come down in price. They pretty much appeared to not want to do business with me when I gave my opening offer. It was below KBB... but then again were talking about "used" vehicles. There's no such thing as a used vehicle in "excellent" condition... it's used! If you was a vehicle in "excellent" condition then go buy a new vehicle. Anyway, since they appeared to not want to do business with me, then I politely left and asked them to contact me within the next few days if they would reconsider my offer. The next day I received a text from the salesman stating that he sold the vehicle I was interested in... at full price. Now I may be over reacting, but is that "rubbing it in" or what? My thoughts were that he was telling me "...you should have bought this vehicle from us at our full price but weren't smart enough to do so. But we did find someone, within one day, that was 'smart enough' to grab this vehicle at our over priced list." He could have easily texted and apologized that the vehicle I was considering had sold. After all, I didn't put any deposit down so I understood that if another buyer came along they should sell to them. Two used vehicles I inquired with at Tim's Auto Group within 3 or 4 months of each other and I got the same response twice. Your offer is "way too low for us" to even consider it. It will be a long while before I do or even recommend anyone to do business with Tim's Auto Group again. By the way, I went down to Scottsdale, AZ at Chapman Ford and had a very good experience. I bought the same vehicle I originally inquired about at Tim's below KBB and below their list price. This is good customer service! I'm 100% more likely to go there to buy another vehicle than I am at Tim's Auto Group of Prescott. Sorry Tim's, but driving to Scottsdale, or any where in the Phoenix area is a far better choice than dealing with your poor customer service. More
When I made the appointment for regular service (which was supposed to take an hour) I was not told about a recall which required an extra hour. Then two hours later when I asked to pay for and take my c was supposed to take an hour) I was not told about a recall which required an extra hour. Then two hours later when I asked to pay for and take my car which was in the "ready area" I was told it was not ready. Come to find out the people who did the regular service forgot to have the recall work done hence I would either have to wait another hour or come back another time. I did not have the time nor was I disposed to wait another hour. More

I was told that I was getting it for blue book value. I wasnt the blue book value is on 12,447. They lied to the bank just to get me approved. I see that they have the same truck with less miles and a lower price. I would not buy anything from these crooks. They dont care about us they just care about getting a vechile sold. I bought the vechile on 9/13/2012 so that goes to prove that they screwed me on the price of the vechile I brought. This is the information that they have online at Tims..
