The salesman Mike Ramos was amazing helped in every way he could. He went out of his way to help me find the right suv for me. I had also asked for a second key and the same management was rude to Mike twice about it. If you’re going to sell a car you should be given 2 keys. I don’t want to change key off and on when someone else needs the car that is ridiculous. If it wouldn’t have been for the way Mike treated us I would have left and went to Nashville in the morning. I had to return the next Monday June 26, 2023 to drop off title and to show Mike where the 2019 sign was on my suv the windshield was cracked and he took it back and talked to service department and they were amazing and are going to take care of it. But as far as the management that works up offers they need to check their selves in the mirror because people will go elsewhere plus when you agree on a price of $390 and you get back to finance they informed me it was $393.19 it might not seem like much but for 72 months that adds up to $229.68 so if your going to change price on me and charge me another 229.69 I could have bought the 2nd key but either way I got higher payment and no 2nd key which I really think my car well any car should have two keys after spending that much money on a car and also the extra’s I should have gotten the second key. More
