Never walked away from a car dealership felling good about a purchase until I went to Tim Short. All of the other dealers I dealt with, their sales men were slime cover slugs. Mike was super helpful and about a purchase until I went to Tim Short. All of the other dealers I dealt with, their sales men were slime cover slugs. Mike was super helpful and felt like a real down to earth person. He truly made the buying experience a pleasant one. Also Tim Short were the only dealership and I tried all most all of them in Clarksville and Hopkinsville who actually answered my emails. They pre-approved my loan and even had the car pulled off to the side with a big sign that read "Tim Short welcome Charlie" in it. They actually reserved it for me. Now that customer service at it best. Plus the actual price of the car was lower then any of their competitors. The whole crew there should be given credit for their great service, the phone operators, the financial guy, the lady who I paid my down payment too, even the other salesmen who passed by. I would recommend this dealership to any body else looking to buy a car either used or new. More

Diane was very helpful and great to work with. She was personable and made us feel comfortable throughout our first dealership purchase. We did run into some issues when it came to the financing She was personable and made us feel comfortable throughout our first dealership purchase. We did run into some issues when it came to the financing. We financed through our personal bank. Conrad gave us a hard time about the wording in the pre approval letter. When we went to pick the vehicle up, he told us that the only way we could take it is to put money down because the bank wouldn’t be paying the full amount (which was not what the bank told us). Thankfully the bank did cut a check for the full amount and the money we put down was refunded. However, the paperwork we signed at the dealership the first time had the adjusted amount because he was so convinced that the bank wasn’t going to pay. So we now have to go back a third time to sign everything again. We also took the second key up there because it does not work to turn the vehicle on. We were told that the key guy is on deployment and 9 months and they don’t know when they will have a new guy. We are now down to one working key with no idea when we will get the second one fixed, which will require a 4th trip to the dealership. We are happy with our vehicle, the price we got it for, and the experience we had with Diane. Other than that, we experienced quite a few negatives with this dealership. As much as we loved working with Diane, I don’t know that we would buy from them again. More
