I bought a used GMC truck so I didn't get the VIP treatment. The people there were awesome. Montserrat was great. There were 2 issues that were somewhat irritating, I only got one key and the ga treatment. The people there were awesome. Montserrat was great. The key and key fob is probably going to cost me around $400 and I realize they are not a GMC dealership so they would probably would have had to send out to get one so I kind of understand. As for the gas, they could have at least given me a half tank so I did not have to fill up as soon as I left the dealership. All in all it was a good experience and they are really nice people. More
