When I say I am in tears at work right now because I literally listened to the staff here when trying to acquire a new vehicle through them, I purchased a new full coverage insurance policy for 219.75, literally listened to the staff here when trying to acquire a new vehicle through them, I purchased a new full coverage insurance policy for 219.75, I then took the risk of falling behind on my current vehicle payment financed through a different company, gave them 100.00 to hold the vehicle and I still didn’t get approved. I called the insurance company and they told me that they can process a refund but it will be less than what I paid because they have to charge for 4 days of coverage and it can take up to 10 days to get it back, I now owe my current car company 874 because of late fees and repossession because I thought I was getting a vehicle. I still have not heard back about Tim Short Mitsubishi doing the refund for the 100.00, helping me out the 874.00 bind now with my current company, or the difference of the insurance purchased for their vehicle I couldn’t even take home. I brought my mom to get a vehicle here and thought they were really decent but all they wanted to know is if I had a co-signer, I have never needed 1, and have limited family. This is a disaster and now I’m paying for it, I asked to speak with Conrad, Mo the finance manager said he would pass it along. Everything they asked me to do, I did immediately but they won’t even do the same. Time is not on my side. More
