The communication was poor from start to end. Anytime I've purchased a vehicle I've had one point of contact that could guide me from start to end. This is not the first time I have purchased a car from out of state, but this time around was extremely painful. Very difficult to get straight answers. Very odd transaction considering how routine it should be buying a used car. I believe a more experienced single point of contact would have made a big difference. More
