Never walked away from a car dealership felling good about a purchase until I went to Tim Short. All of the other dealers I dealt with, their sales men were slime cover slugs. Mike was super helpful and felt like a real down to earth person. He truly made the buying experience a pleasant one. Also Tim Short were the only dealership and I tried all most all of them in Clarksville and Hopkinsville who actually answered my emails. They pre-approved my loan and even had the car pulled off to the side with a big sign that read "Tim Short welcome Charlie" in it. They actually reserved it for me. Now that customer service at it best. Plus the actual price of the car was lower then any of their competitors. The whole crew there should be given credit for their great service, the phone operators, the financial guy, the lady who I paid my down payment too, even the other salesmen who passed by. I would recommend this dealership to any body else looking to buy a car either used or new. More
