I traded for a Lincoln navigator L black label, the entire deal was worked through the internet and over the phone. Mathew took the initiative to record the entire walk around of the vehicle (even showing all the imperfections), then he recorded a test drive. Mathew made sure I knew the navigator L inside and out and we had a deal agreed on, including a trade, before I left home. When I arrived at Short-Redmond ford the car and Mathew were waiting for me, everything was exactly as presented. When I get ready for another car, I will definitely call them first.
