They gave me a fair price for my Honda Pilot and the asking price on the Ford Explorer was slightly below market value. Just bought a used truck from these guys. The guys were polite. Worked with Anthony. He was a good salesman. I left the dealership with my children in our new to us 2011 ford raptor. Noticed when we got off our exit in Georgia that the right front wheel was grinding very loud. Got home and took the truck to the shop. It is still there. The right front cv axle and hub was destroyed. Turns out that the dealer replaced the inner wheel end but not the hub. In short, me and my 9 and 10 year old children drove a truck from tennessee to Georgia with a safety issue that we had no clue about. I immediately texted Anthony and asked what the options were. He texted me back the next morning and said he was going to look into it. Meanwhile I got a truck I just bought headed to the shop the day after I bought it. The truck is still in the shop 2 days later. Haven’t even drove it since I got it home. Dealer says send us the invoice and we will see if we can help. I do appreciate that, and Anthony has been in contact with me every step of the way. I have to say I’m not happy about the truck, but these guys are trying to help the best they can from 200 miles away. More
