I felt that they were very disrespectful, I had to call several times and still waiting for them to respond. I would not recommend this place to anyone for nothing several times and still waiting for them to respond. I would not recommend this place to anyone for nothing More
I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and I found it through Autotrader at this dealership. The car is as expected and the deal was clear and smooth. One comment, the car was rather dirty inside, but th through Autotrader at this dealership. The car is as expected and the deal was clear and smooth. Black and want be discriminated against. Come to Short-Redmond Ford. The Sale manger motto is take it or leave “we don’t fix problems with our used cars. If you don’t want it. . We just sell it t Short-Redmond Ford. The Sale manger motto is take it or leave “we don’t fix problems with our used cars. If you don’t want it. . We just sell it to someone else.” The management will call you after you complain to make excuses about why you got bad service. “They only human”. “They make mistakes.” But it’s not a mistake when someone treat you differently because of your color. I researched online a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. While searching I found the perfect 2018 Sonata Sport —- white. I went to Short Remond Ford to see this vehicle. While there I relayed to the salesman, Wil searching I found the perfect 2018 Sonata Sport —- white. I went to Short Remond Ford to see this vehicle. While there I relayed to the salesman, Wilcox that I wanted the dealership sticker removed. I put down $500 to hold the car and promised to be back for it. I and Wilcox were in contact in the meantime and also reminded him that I wanted the sticker removed. A few days went by with me reminding him about the sticker removal. Anyways on the day I set up to go get the vehicle and sign papers, the sticker was not removed. Wilcox states that every car in the lot must have the sticker on it until it is sold. Which was weird to me because he knew I wanted it and I wanted that sticker removed. So while my wife and I were signing for the car and taking our money although we heard quite clearly that there was an issue with the trunk and they needed to look at it. So they were aware of the issue with the trunk and instead of making us aware of the issue, they let us continue to sign. We didn’t know until later that the issue with the trunk was on the car that we were in closing buying. So they knew and they didn’t stop the closing. So we finished signing and came out and were told about the issue. As it turns out the car was severely damaged when they removed the sticker. And in my opinion there were gouges that were already there, along with mew damage to the paint. I say that there was old damage along with new damage because there were gouges under the sticker which looked like was hastily covered with white paint. It looked like white out was used. The new damage was obvious because it was bare metal where the paint was scraped off. I was pissed off. A great looking car was reduced greatly because of that whole spot. They covered up old damage (prove me wrong) and also made new damage. The dealership is an hour away from me and I don’t have a car and I’m dependent on others for rides. Wilcox said we can 1 of two things. Refund us (thanks for telling us before we closed) or take it home and have the damage fixed at a later date. Uh what? I wanted my money back. So I don’t know who it was but the big boss said he didn’t blame us and he would feel same way. And he was very Nonchalant about the situation and he didn’t even offer to lower the price or do anything at all. And I now know why. That car was relisted the next day. So I’m writing this to inform people to check under the sticker. I don’t like being lied to and deceived, which is how I felt while there. Buyer beware! More

I was very happy with my purchase and the dealership experience. However, about a week after my purchase the “new car smell” wore off and there’s a distinct cigarette smell. I feel that they masked the experience. However, about a week after my purchase the “new car smell” wore off and there’s a distinct cigarette smell.
