I purchased a handicapped van for my handicapped parents. I was financing but Credit Union closed so told Shorts had to finish the next day. The next day Shorts said they had taken a deposit for the handicap I was financing but Credit Union closed so told Shorts had to finish the next day. The next day Shorts said they had taken a deposit for the handicapped van. I was never asked for a deposit or anything. This is not the first time something like this has happened at Shorts. I should have learned my lesson the first time. The handicapped van was perfect for my handicapped parents. Shorts do not stand behind their deals. Would not recommend this dealership for anything. I have this on my phone. I would not have wasted my time had I known Shorts do not honor their sales. More

The dealership messed up sending the documentation necessary for me to get a plate incorrectly three times. After getting nasty with me, they realized their mistake and finally got the job done only t necessary for me to get a plate incorrectly three times. After getting nasty with me, they realized their mistake and finally got the job done only two months late. I had test drove the car and looked up the carfax. No issues. However, the car had been in an accident. The sensor for the airbag had been damaged but jimmied so that it wouldn't go off. After a couple of months, the sensors started going off. The dealership couldn't have sold a car with airbag issues, so they made sure the sensor was "fixed". Buyer beware! More
